Gatsby Glamour

It’s all everybody is talking about right now, and hot of the block it is indeed! The Great Gatsby (Written and directed by non other than Baz Luhrmann) and starring Isla Fisher, Leonardio DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan is sure to turn heads today. The premier took place in Cannes yesterday and the film was released into UK cinemas shortly afterwards. Based on the 1925 novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald and filmed mostly in Sydney, the film is set in New York in the 1920s and follows the glamorous and wild lifestyle of Mr Gatsby.

Met Ball 2013

The annual fashion event of the year took place last night in NYC, and with a gothic theme we were pretty shocked to see the transformation of so many (Anne Hathaway with her newly blonde hair and Nicole Richie with her grey hair!!) There was a lot of punk on display and in tow came the studs, the heavy eye makeup, black lace and dark lips. All in all a fun fashion night out and we loved browsing through the funky arrange of outfits from last night (even if it does feel as if Halloween has come early).

Summer Boots

As we finally start to see the sunshine here in London, this got us thinking over which shoes we will wear with our fringed shorts and summer dresses in the coming months. Don’t think that just because the sun is out you have to pack away your Winter biker boots. In fact we think (as do the celebs) that boots go just aswell in the summer when teamed with a cute pair of shorts (see below). Style School April Course

Last week our Style School April course took place in Central London. The week saw the students learning from top industry professionals who can all be found on our Meet The Pro’s page HERE. The week culminated with the usual photoshoot – this time our theme was Sixties. A big thanks to all those who were involved and helped contribute to yet another fabulous week at Style School!

Seen on none other than Harry Styles and Kristen Stewart, a pair of Frends headphones is the latest techno bling to be seen wearing. Frends can be found at Harrods, Amazon, Avenue32 and as of next month (Selfridges too!). The luxurious feel to this upmarket brand simply oozes sophistication and after seeing features in magazines such as Cosmopolitan and Elle we couldn’t resist a quick blog review. Coachella 13′

As the first weekend of Coachella passes us by, we take some time to examine the outfits on display at the celeb filled festival held annually in the Californian desert. From Models to Singers, Coachella was THE place to be this weekend. Filled to the brim with palm trees, rock bands and cut off denim shorts, everything about this festival gives off that cool hippie vibe.
